We had a really good experience purchasing and installing a new AC in September of 2022. Today, we called them out because the AC wouldn’t start; it only used the fan. Our tech was great and eventually decided that our thermostat had a glitch, but started it back up. We asked if we should get a new thermostat, and he said save it for now unless we keep seeing glitches like this. So rather than trying to sell us on something, it was just a $99 service call, and we greatly appreciated it! Will definitely be calling them for all of our HVAC needs.

I found this place through my neighborhood Ring app forum. They were highly recommended by so many people. A guy came out and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He came twice in the same day all before asking me to pay for anything. He was extremely thorough and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
