I rarely hire anyone to do repairs at my home because I do almost everything myself. I needed assistance with the startup of a new mini split system that has the new R-32 refrigerant and had a difficult time finding someone that was willing to help. Chris from Hilo Aire was willing to help me out and was very quick to respond with great communication. Scott was the technician that came to my house and was very professional and did a great job. The R-32 refrigerant takes a special adapter fitting that literally nobody had, but Scott was able to find one quickly. I will certainly call Hilo Aire for any future HVAC needs.
