We had Hilo Aire come out both the day before Memorial Day as well as the day before Fourth of July. In both cases, I feel like the person I spoke to got up from a desk and rushed over to our house to help.

Best HVAC team around! Contacted them at 9 p.m. for an emergency work, and rather than beat around the bush to potentially upcharge, Chris carefully guided me through some steps to take in finding out if I can resolve (and restore) my HVAC issue myself.
After an hour of walking me through various steps, figured out that he would have to come out. Came out the following day and he was able to correct quickly and even his fee was completely reasonable. Highly recommend and they're now on my speed dial for all HVAC needs!

Outstanding technicians, well-intentioned, skilled, knowledgeable, overextended, understaffed, and inconsistent in communication. At this point, I always hope for the best in terms of a return communication, but do not always receive it. Incredibly talented, fairly priced, and very well-meaning; may not follow up on something in the time frame they indicate or may not follow through on an action.
Because they are so talented and fairly priced they are in very high demand during this crazy season, and while that’s a wonderful thing and much deserved, they do require far better communication in general, and should have some kind of a support staff in place to schedule customers, answer questions, and follow up on communication in general. I do believe they mean the very best, but some of the anxiety and concern could’ve been avoided with proper communication, and if they had some sort of a system in place to communicate with customers when primary techs / owners are all on the job in the field.
BUT: honest, honorable, deeply knowledgeable.
They did bail me out of an emergency this summer, and though the communication was not always straightforward or prompt in terms of when they said they would return a call or get back to me on a certain date, they did follow through. They were honorable and their pricing, and I have discussed with them that they clearly need to get staff to support them while they’re out in the field.
They also have an AI system in place so when you reach out to them you’re most likely going to get a they did bail me out of an emergency this summer, and though the communication was not always straightforward or prompt in terms of when they said, they would return, or get back to me on a certain date, they did follow through.
They were honorable on their pricing, and I have expressed that they clearly need to get Staff to support them while they’re out in the field.
