I called Chris at Hilo Aire this morning to replace a vent pipe cap that had rusted out on the roof above my water heater. I’m sure this is a small job, and I expected to have to wait at least a few days, but Chris had it replaced by the end of the day, and I won’t have to worry about leaks when it rains next. I’ve never had any company act that quickly, especially with a small job. I’m super impressed with Chris and Hilo Aire, and you can bet when it’s a big job I’ll be calling him again. Hilo Aire Is by Far the Best HVAC Company
Chris and Scott were the technicians from Hilo Aire who came to my house to service my HVAC system. They spoke with me briefly, then went into the attic to diagnose my system. In less than 10 minutes, my system was up and running with a simple fix that cost less than $10. Other HVAC technicians told me that I would need a new furnace.
Chris and Scott were very honest and took time to explain the issues my system had, so that I could make an informed decision. The technicians from Hilo took the anxiety out of having to call a service technician and worry about getting ripped off. I wish more company techs were like them.
Hilo Aire is by far the best HVAC company I’ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend them.
