If I could give Hilo Aire a 10-star review, I would do so in a minute! I can't even begin to adequately express just how impressed I was with Chris when he came out to check on a problem that I was having with my HVAC unit. I called Hilo at 8:40 a.m. and Chris arrived less than an hour later. Chris could not have been kinder or more professional, and showed what a class act he is when he discovered that the only problem I had was actually fixable with just two AA batteries. That's right, what I thought was going to be a major job turned out to be as simple as replacing the batteries in the thermostat. Of course I felt foolish for not being able to figure that out on my own and asked Chris what I owed him for the service call. Chris smiled and said no charge at all. He advised that he was happy that all it took was a couple of batteries to resolve the problem. My advice to anyone needing HVAC service is simple: don't even think about calling anyone else other than Chris and Hilo Aire!
